You’re in great shape
You’re in great shape for whatever life throws at you. You’re strong in yourself and you look after both mind and body equally well. So if you do face a challenge, you’re giving yourself the best chance to face it successfully. Keep it up!
You’re kind of in the middle
You’re kind of in the middle, and that’s not a bad place to be. Like most people, you’ve got your strengths and weaknesses. Try to think a little more about what’s right for you, don’t always just follow the crowd. And remember that if you look after your body – and nobody can stop you doing that – you’re also helping your overall confidence and the way you feel about yourself.
You’re not looking after yourself
You’re not looking after yourself as well as you could and that can store up problems for later, even if you’re ok at the moment. Try to trust in yourself a little more – nobody’s perfect, even if other people may look confident. And if you show more respect for your own health and body, you’ll be surprised how much better it makes you feel in your mind too. Remember, if you do need help, there are loads of good people to contact on this website.
